Facebook has re-introduced their customized schedule spending with a twist. In the past Facebook allowed Facebook advertisers to set their ad spend schedule based on a set schedule this was removed in 2018.
Today this feature has been added back into the Facebook ad manger. This update allows for unprecedented control over ad spend, enabling advertisers to tailor their budget based on specific times of the day and performance metrics.
In this post we will cover some of the benefits to scheduling your ad spend, how to set it up, and how to determine which times to increase or decrease are best for your specific Facebook ad account.

Benefits Of The New Facebook Ad Scheduling Feature
Customized Budget Allocation This feature introduces a level of budgetary control previously unseen in Facebook advertising. Advertisers can now dynamically adjust their ad spend based on real-time market trends and consumer behavior. This flexibility means that you can allocate more funds during peak engagement hours or days when your target audience is most active, ensuring that your ads have maximum impact.
Time-Specific Advertising Understanding consumer behavior is key to successful advertising. With this feature, Facebook advertisers can pinpoint the exact times when their audience is most responsive. Whether it's increasing the budget on weekday evenings or scaling back on weekends, this targeted approach can lead to higher engagement rates, better click-through rates, and ultimately, more conversions.
Performance-Based Budget Adjustment One of the most significant advantages of this feature is the ability to adjust budgets based on performance data. By analyzing historical ad performance, advertisers can identify patterns and trends, such as the most profitable times of day or the best-performing days of the week. This data-driven strategy allows for more efficient use of the advertising budget, improving overall return on ad spend (RoAS) and cost per action (CPA).
