For eCom businesses who are running Facebook ads and using Klaviyo as their CRM, there is an easy way to get your custom audiences into Facebook Business Manager and reduce your workload.

Creating Your List in Klaviyo Saves Time
Using Klaviyo for your Facebook audience management saves time in two ways.
You don't need to duplicate your work. Klaviyo should have a list of all your purchasers. By using the integration you don't need to create the audience in Klaviyo and then upload it to Facebook.
Second, this integration automatically updates based on the parameters you set in Klaviyo.
Creating your Klaviyo List or Segment
In the following example, I'm looking to increase the LTV from all existing customers who purchased in the last 12 months.
To do this I will be creating a segment of all purchasers in the last 12 months. Go to your list & segments.

Create the List / Segment when you are done you should have something like the below.

Connect Klaviyo To Facebook Advertising With Klaviyo's Integration
This integration will allow you to create ads with audiences that use your existing Facebook ad account settings, targeting options, and ad creative. Here's how to do it:
In Klaviyo, go to your Account Settings in the bottom left corner and select "Integrations."

Search the Facebook integration and enable it.

Select the left menu to select your list or segment you just created and add that.

Are audience has now been added.

Now that we have connected our audience to the integration, you'll be able to find your Klaviyo audience in the Facebook Business Manager.
Use The New Audience In Your Facebook Advertising
To view your new audience go to audiences in the Facebook Business Manager.

Search your new audience in the left search bar.

You can use this audience like any other audience in your Facebook Ads Manager.
